Corresponde al Gerente de la Imprenta Nacional preparar el reglamento orgánico de la institución y someterlo a la aprobación de la Junta Directiva, lo mismo que dictar las disposiciones que considere necesarias para el mejor desarrollo de las labores propias de la Imprenta y que no contravengan las determinaciones que en tal sentido señale la Junta Directiva.
