° Las agencias de prensa extranjeras que funcionen en Colombia, serán socialmente responsables por las informaciones que transmitan dentro o desde el territorio nacional. El incumplimiento de las normas que las regulan dará lugar a la cancelación definitiva del registro ante el Ministerio de Comunicaciones, sin perjuicio de la aplicación de las demás acciones a que hubiere lugar.
