El Gobierno designará, por una sola vez, los Magistrados que hayan de formar las Salas en aquellos Tribunales Superiores que en la actualidad conocen promiscuamente, y que por el presente decreto se dividen en dos Salas. El funcionamiento miento de estas empezará el 21 de enero de 1937, y se hará repartimiento general de negocios entre los Magistrados que hayan de integrar cada Sala.
