De la licencia del vehículo . Todo vehículo en el cual se transporten plaguicidas con fines comerciales deberá tener licencia sanitaria de transporte, expedida por la Dirección Seccional de Salud de la sede de la empresa transportadora, o del propietario del vehículo, la cual tendrá validez durante cinco (5) años en todo el territorio nacional, renovable por períodos iguales.
