Establécese por el presente Decreto el contrato de prenda industrial que tiene por objeto constituir una garantía sobre cosas muebles, para servir de caución a obligaciones contraídas en el giro de los negocios que se relacionen con cualquier clase de trabajos o de explotación industrial, conservando el deudor la tenencia y el uso de la prenda.
