La sentencia que decida una articulación es apelable únicamente en el efecto devolutivo, y si por dicha sentencia se invalidare lo actuado ó una parte de ello, se hará mención, en el cuaderno del juicio principal, de la sentencia en que tal cosa se resuelva.
