En cada una de las ciudades de La Plata y Caloto creará el Gobierno una Junta ad honorem encargada de la inspección de los trabajos de construcción en la parte que á cada un A de esas Provincias les señale el Gobierno.

Parágrafo

Dichas Juntas se compondrán del Prefecto, el Presidente del Concejo Municipal y tres vecinos honorables.
