Minuta del contrato especial. El Ministerio de Minas y Energía, adoptará la minuta del contrato especial de concesión minera y realizará el seguimiento de su ejecución a través de la autoridad minera delegada competente, quien informará trimestralmente al Ministerio de Minas y Energía, sobre el estado del mismo, con el fin que se tomen los correctivos a que haya lugar.
