ARTICULO 147. Reconocimiento de deudas legalmente deducibles. Si el beneficiario de una prestación no se presentare a reclamarla dentro del año siguiente a la novedad fiscal de baja y existieren deudas legalmente deducibles, el Ministerio de Defensa o la Policía Nacional, procederán a reconocerlas, previa solicitud escrita del acreedor.
