Los contratos de concesión, arrendamiento, operación hotelera o cualquier otra forma de administración, que se hayan celebrado antes de la entrada en vigencia de este decreto, deberán ser modificados al momento de su renovación para efectos de dar cumplimiento a los artículos 2.2.4.9.3.1. y 2.2.4.9.3.2. del Decreto 1074 de 2015, Decreto Único Reglamentario del sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo.
