El Gobierno procederá a pedir conceptos razonados a la Sociedad Colombiana de Ingenieros y a la Cámara de Comercio de Bogotá sobre la conveniencia de construir un ferrocarril, prolongación del de La Dorada, que una a Ambalema o un punto en las inmediaciones de esta ciudad, con el ferrocarril de Girardot, en dicha ciudad, o en un punto a inmediaciones de ella.
