El Juez no permitirá que el testigo se limite a decir que "es cierto el contenido de la pregunta" sino que aclarará con él cada contestación, hasta cerciorarse de que verdaderamente asegura lo que expresa la pregunta, con suficiente conocimiento de los hechos.
