Período de los miembros del consejo directivo. El período de los miembros del consejo directivo que resultan de procesos de elección es el siguiente:

Un año para los alcaldes elegidos por la asamblea corporativa.

Cuatro (4) años para los representantes del sector privado, organizaciones no gubernamentales, etnias, comunidades indígenas y negras y demás representantes de la comunidad u organizaciones privadas o gremiales.
