Fuerza Mayor o Caso Fortuito. En el trámite para la obtención, renovación o mantenimiento de la licencia de funcionamiento se deberá respetar en todos los casos el debido proceso. Los prestadores de servicios de vigilancia y seguridad privada obligados a contratar el seguro de vida colectivo, deberán demostrar su debida diligencia para la contratación de este y justificar cualquier circunstancia ajena que afecte el cumplimiento de dicha obligación.
