Art. 65. En los lugares en que haya médicos oficiales, el Juez ó funcionario instructor en vez de nombrar peritos, dará aviso á los empleados aludidos para que practiquen las diligencias necesarias y den su dictamen por escrito, que deberán jurar después ante el Juez de la instrucción criminal.
