Requisitos de formación académica. Para efectos de lo establecido en el numeral 2 del artículo 8° de la Ley 909 de 2004, las profesiones afines a las funciones de la Comisión Nacional del Servicio Civil, de acuerdo con la certificación expedida por el Departamento Administrativo de la Función Pública, son las siguientes: Derecho, psicología, administración de empresas, administración pública, ingeniería industrial, e ingeniería administrativa.
