Artículo 2.2.4.1.1.11.3. Plan Bienal de Convocatorias. El Plan Bienal de Convocatorias es el instrumento a través del cual el OCAD del Fondo de CTeI, a través de la Secretaría Técnica, dará a conocer, entre otros aspectos, el cronograma de las convocatorias, los montos de financiación y los territorios de influencia de los proyectos, que se realizarán para responder a los retos del desarrollo regional que deben ser abordados desde la ciencia, la tecnología y la innovación.
