ARTICULO 366 . Procedimiento en caso de falsedad de documentos . Cuando se trate de una investigación sobre falsedad material en documentos, se solicitará al indagado, si el funcionario judicial lo considera necesario, que escriba dentro de la misma diligencia las palabras o textos que le fueren dictados para tal fin. En este caso, a los peritos grafólogos sólo se les enviarán los documentos cuya falsedad se investiga y aquéllos con los que se hará el cotejo grafológico.
