ART 224. Los Tribunales, apreciando las circunstancias del hecho, podrán castigar el delito frustrado de parricidio, asesinato y homicidio con la pena inmediatamente inferior á la que debiera corresponder al delito consumado.

Podrán también, en caso de tentativa, rebajar la pena con arreglo á lo establecido en el artículo 12 del Código.
