El que contrahaga pases, licencias, pasaportes, cédulas de ciudadanía o de identidad, o cualquiera otro documento análogo, que legalmente deba ser expedido por las autoridades nacionales o extranjeras, o los altere de cualquier manera en su fecha o sentido, con el fin de que sirvan a personas o en tiempo o circunstancias diferentes de aquellos a que verdaderamente se refieren; o a sabiendas haga uso de dichos documentos falsificados o alterados, o los entregue a otro para que haga uso de ellos, incurre en la prisión de seis meses a dos años.
