Artículo 351. El Ayudante General del Comando General de las Fuerzas Armadas conoce en Primera Instancia de los procesos penales militares contra los Suboficiales, personal de tropa y civiles del Gabinete del Ministro de Guerra y del Cuartel General del Comando General de las Fuerzas Armadas.
