º . Operaciones sobre acciones . Cuando se realicen las operaciones de que trata el artículo 1 º del presente decreto sobre acciones, los reglamentos de la bolsas de valores, de los sistemas de negociación de valores y los contratos marco suscritos por las partes, podrán prever que el Enajenante conserve los derechos políticos sobre las acciones.
