Art. 6º. Los destinos judiciales de voluntaria aceptación se pierden para los empleados principales:

1.

Por renuncia aceptada.

2.

Por admitir cualquiera otro empleo ó cargo público.

3.

Por destitución decretada en sentencia ejecutoriada, previo el juicio correspondiente.
