La Junta podrá constituir los comités de carácter temporal o permanente que considere necesarios para una adecuada administración del Fondo, bien sea con participación de alguno o algunos de sus miembros, de funcionarios del Banco de la República, o simplemente con funcionarios de PROEXPO. La misma Junta dictará los reglamentos respectivos para el funcionamiento de tales comités.
