Plazo . Las empresas de transporte marítimo, tanto nacionales como extranjeras, que en la actualidad presten servicios entre, desde o hacia puertos colombianos, contarán con un término de dieciocho (18) meses, contados a partir de la vigencia del presente decreto, para dar cumplimiento a sus disposiciones.
