Para la obtención de personería jurídica, registro, inscripción de estatutos, reformas, nombramientos de administradores, libros, disolución, liquidación y certificación de existencia y representación legal, las organizaciones de personas con discapacidad se rigen por las disposiciones generales contenidas en el artículo 40 del Decreto-ley número 2150 de 1995, en el Capítulo 40, del Título 2, de la Parte 2, del Libro 2 del Decreto número 1074 de 2015, Único Reglamentario del Sector Comercio, Industria y Turismo, y demás normas que lo complementen o modifiquen.
