Obligaciones del comercializador y del productor o tercero que actúe en su nombre. Tanto el comercializador como el productor o tercero que actúe en su nombre, se obligan a guardar la confidencialidad sobre la información entregada por el adquirente la cual está protegida por las disposiciones de la Ley 1581 de 2012 y su Decreto Reglamentario 1377 de 2013.

El comercializador estará en la obligación de informar a los compradores de neveras nuevas, la existencia de la tarifa diferencial del Impuesto sobre las Ventas (IVA) de que trata el numeral 3 del artículo 468-1 del Estatuto Tributario, modificado por el artículo 185 de la Ley 1819 de 2016.
