Los Institutos Docentes a que se refiere este Decreto podrán crear microempresas o participar en ellas, o en proyectos especiales de producción, debidamente autorizados por funcionario competente. El plantel participará, por lo menos, del 20% de las utilidades obtenidas, las cuales ingresarán al Fondo.
