Artículo VIII El presente Convenio podrá ser denunciado por cualquiera de las Partes contratantes, mediante simple notificación escrita a la otra Parte, con una antelación de noventa (90) días. En fe de lo cual los plenipotenciarios arriba nombrados firman y sellan el presente Convenio, en dos ejemplares, igualmente válidos, en San Andrés, República de Colombia, a los 22 días del mes de junio de 1980.
