°. Adicionase el numeral 2° del artículo 33 del Código Penal Militar así:

Parágrafo

Para efectos de la jurisdicción militar, los Cornetas y Tambores se considerarán como soldados. Si su contingente ya hubiere sido desacuartelado, se tendrán para dichos efectos como Cabos Segundos.
