INSTRUCCIONES A LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO ANEXO 2 - INSTRUCTIVO PARA LOS CERTIFICADOS QUE EXPIDEN LAS CÁMARAS DE COMERCIO - PROCESOS ESPECIALES, si los hay. - TÉRMINO DE DURACIÓN. - OBJETO SOCIAL, en el cual se incluirá si existen, las LIMITACIONES, PROHIBICIONES Y AUTORIZACIONES DE LA CAPACIDAD DE LA PERSONA JURÍDICA. - CAPITAL. - REPRESENTACIÓN LEGAL. - FACULTADES DEL REPRESENTANTE LEGAL, en el cual se incluirá si existen, las LIMITACIONES DEL REPRESENTANTE LEGAL. - NOMBRAMIENTOS, ene l cual se incluirá en su orden, los certificas de REPRESENTANTES LEGALES, JUNTA DIRECTIVA y REVISORES FISCALES. - REFORMAS DE ESTATUTOS. - RECURSOS CONTRA LOS ACTOS DE INSCRIPCIÓN. - CLASIFICACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES ECONÓMICAS – CIIU. - ESTABLECIMIENTO(S) DE COMERCIO, si tiene matriculado. - TAMAÑO EMPRESARIAL - INFORMACIÓN COMPLEMENTARIA. - FIRMA DEL SECRETARIO. - NUMERACIÓN EN CADA HOJA.
