Gradualidad. En los siguientes eventos, la sanción se graduará como se indica en cada caso:

Si todas fueren sancionadas con multa, se impondrá la más alta incrementada en un veinte por ciento (20%), sin que el resultado sea superior a la suma de todas las multas

Dicho incremento también procederá cuando todas las infracciones en que se incurra con el mismo hecho u omisión sean sancionadas con multa de igual valor

Artículo 516. Gradualidad. En los siguientes eventos, la sanción se graduará como se indica en cada caso:
