El presente Decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación y deroga los Decretos 056 de 1974, 3593 de 1982, 1802 de 1983, 557 de 1987, 808 de 1990, el Capítulo II del Decreto 1156 de 1988, el artículo 7o. del Decreto 2570 de 1985, y las demás normas que le sean contrarias.
