La Intendencia Nacional de San Andrés y Providencia llevará un registro de la producción agrícola del territorio intendencial, y certificará sobre su origen en los despachos que se hagan fuera de su territorio. La certificación a que se refiere este artículo, deberá presentarse a las autoridades aduaneras del puerto en donde se haga el desembarque, cuando se trate de despachos hechos al resto del territorio nacional.
