Serán objeto de financiamiento con cargo a los recursos del Fondo Financiero Agropecuario, además de las actividades establecidas por el artículo 15 de la Ley 5º de 1973, las inversiones en comercialización, transformación primaria y conservación de productos agrícolas, pecuarios, pesqueros y de agricultura, lo mismo que la construcción de infraestructura física para la ejecución o desarrollo de estas mismas actividades. El Fondo Financiero Agropecuario financiará también empresas de servicios cuyo objeto social consista en actividades de acuicultura, aspersión aérea, arrendamiento de maquinaria agrícola y adecuación de tierras para el aprovechamiento de aguas a nivel predial o veredal.
