° Integran la junta Directiva de la Caja de Previsión Social de Comunicaciones: El ministro de Comunicaciones, quien la presidirá, o un funcionario delegado por él; Un representante del Sindicato del ministerio de Comunicaciones; Un representante del Sindicato de la Empresa Nacional de Telecomunicaciones; Un representante del Servicio de Giros y Especies Postales; Un representante de los pensionados.

Parágrafo

El ministro de Comunicaciones reglamentara las elecciones de los representantes principales y suplentes a que se refieren los ordinales b), c), d) y e) de este artículo.
