Cuando se trate de un menor de edad que sea hijo adoptivo, la autorización de que traga el artículo 27 del presente Decreto, sólo podrá ser otorgada por los padres adoptivos. La expedición de la autorización para un menor de edad en proceso de adopción se regirá por lo dispuesto en el artículo 8º de la Ley 5 º de 1975.
