ARTICULO 191 . Notificación por conducta concluyente . Cuando se hubiere omitido la notificación, o se hubiere hecho en forma irregular, se entenderá cumplida si la persona hubiere actuado en la diligencia o en el trámite a que se refiere la decisión, o interpuesto recurso contra ella.
