Art. 183. Los autos de fenecimiento en el juicio de las cuentas mensuales ó anuales en que se hayan deducido alcances en contra de los responsables, son apelables para ante la Sala de Apelación de la Sección, ó de la Corte, según el caso, interponiendo el respectivo empleado ó responsable el recurso al acto de la notificación del auto ó dentro de los cinco días siguientes, por escrito separado que presentará al empleado encargado de hacerle la notificación, ó á su Secretario. De la presentación de este escrito se pondrá nota por dicho empleado ó Secretario, expresando el día y hora en que tuviere lugar.
