Artículo once. El artículo 341 del Código Civil quedará así: "No pueden obtener habilitación judicial de edad los menores de 18 años, aunque hayan sido emancipados; en este caso se les dará guardador". En estos términos se sustituye el artículo 47 del Decreto 2820 de 1974.
