De la venta del café a los almacenes generales de depósito de café s. a., alma café, se levantara un acta suscrita por el gerente seccional de alma café, el delegado de la contraloría general de la republica ante a respectiva dependencia de alma café y el comandante militar o de la policía de la unidad aprehensora, o a la correspondiente autoridad del resguardo de aduanas.
