Definición de Aprendices. Para efectos del presente capítulo, en­tiéndase por aprendices, los alumnos de los programas de formación tituladas y los alum­nos de los programas “Jóvenes Rurales” y “Jóvenes en Acción” cuya formación imparta directamente el Servicio Nacional de Aprendizaje, (SENA).

También se consideran aprendices los estudiantes universitarios que contemplen prác­tica empresarial en el desarrollo del pensum de su carrera profesional.
