En el Palacio de Justicia de Buga, donde reposarán los despojos mortales del ex Presidente, se exaltará y honrará su memoria en forma permanente y en su tumba se colocará una placa de mármol con la siguiente inscripción: "El Congreso de la República, honra la memoria del Presidente de Colombia, doctor Manuel Antonio Sanclemente y exalta sus virtudes como destacado conductor e ilustre republico". La placa llevará la fecha en que se sancione la presente Ley.
