Artículo octavo. A demás para el efectivo cumplimiento de este Decreto, tan pronto se imponga una multa se procederá por el juez competente al secuestro y embargo preventivo de las existencias de azúcar de propiedad del responsable de la infracción, las cuales serán depositadas o secuestradas en poder del INA, para que esta entidad, a fin de evitar que se altere el producto, proceda, un su carácter de secuestre, a venderlo al precio autorizado, depositando el valor de la venta según lo preceptuado por las disposiciones pertinentes del Código judicial.
