Art. 9.° La sal marina que transite en el alto Magdalena deberá conducirse con guias expedidas por el Administrador de Hacienda nacional de Honda, quien recaudará por ella el derecho de consumo aunque se introduzca por puertos situados en el territorio de Cundinamarca, con tal que la introduccion sea posterior á la vigencia del presente decreto.
