Los informes y datos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, sólo podrán solicitarse para los fines indicados y se guardará la debida reserva sobre aquellos que la requieran, atendida su naturaleza, en defensa de los legítimos derechos de los interesados. Serán castigados con la destitución inmediata, fuera de las sanciones penales y responsabilidades civiles a que hubiere lugar, los empleados que violaren la reserva de que trata el inciso anterior.
