Artículo único : Para los efectos de la Ley 43 de 1869 se tendrá al Sr. General Brulio Enao como Coronel efectivo de la República: en consecuencia se le liquidará y pagara lo que se le deba hasta la fecha en que empezó á recibir pensión como General efectivo.

Para dar cumplimiento á esta ley se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la vigencia próxima la partida correspondiente.
