Art. 13° El Gobierno estará obligado á servir una pensión vitalicia de doscientos pesos mensuales ($200) á los ciudadanos que hubieren ejercido la Presidencia de la República y que, por lo modesto de sus recursos , no puedan vivir como lo demanda el decreto nacional.
