La Junta ante la cual debe hacerse el remate de dinero por documentos de deuda pública interna, en los términos de la Ley citada, se compone del Ministro del Tesoro, que la presidirá, del Tesorero General y del Jefe de la Sección de Crédito Público. Cuando el Ministro no pueda concurrir presidirá la Junta el Secretario del Tesoro; por ausencia del Tesorero General concurrirá al Contador Interventor, y por falla del Jefe de la Sección, el empleado de ésta que designe el Ministro o el Secretario en su caso, integrará la Junta.
