La estabilidad del funcionario de Carrera estará condicionada a su rendimiento en el servicio. Los reglamentos fijarán la modalidad de retiro de dicho funcionario de acuerdo con la calificación de servicios y el régimen disciplinario establecido por este Decreto y su reglamento.
